We are happy to offer this well established and one of only Mexican restaurant north of Bangor! The chef/owner has built it up and is ready to move on to his next adventure. This fully furnished and functioning restaurant is as turn key as they come. The chef will give over all of his secret recipes to the new owner and he will stay around for a while to make sure the new owner gets off on the right foot. The building was updated in 2016-17 with new interior, kitchen and bar. Now if Mexican food isn't what you're looking for, then you can make this space into almost anything you want. In 2022, there were new heat pumps installed and a new furnace along with section of new pavement for the parking lot.
